Mobility PCs are small desktop computers, that are a fraction of the size of a traditional desktop PC. This makes them the perfect choice for use in any area where space is constrained. Their small size, computing power, features, robust design and thermal efficiency allow them to be used in a vast range of applications.

The MPC-545 is a fully integrated, high performance, ultra compact PC. It supports 64-Bit Intel Core2Duo processors, up to 8GB of RAM and one 2.5-inch hard disk drive or solid state drive. It includes 3D, dual independent video output (DVI-D + VGA), 16-bit audio, 10/100/1000 LAN, three USB 2.0 ports, and two RS-232 serial ports.

Drivers are provided for all major Operating systems: Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 and Linux. The included driver CD makes operating system installation totally painless. The MPC-545 is powered from a small autoswitching (110/240 VAC, 50/60 Hz), notebook type, power adaptor.

Ordering options

All MPC-545s are made to order. Because of the large number of different configuration options, we do not have specific ordering codes. To obtain a quotation, use the list below as a guide, and send us an email specifying the configuration to be quoted.

Processor Speed Intel Celeron M and Core 2 Duo processors, as specified above.
RAM 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 4GB, 8GB.
HDD HDD options are:
  • One 2.5-inch hard disk drive. Possible drive sizes range from 80GB up to 500GB. Standard drive speed is 5,400 RPM, 7,200 RPM is optional. (For most applications 5,400 RPM is ample.)
  • Solid State Drive. Possible drive sizes range from 8GB to over 128GB.
Operating Systems and Software Motium can supply the MPC-545 with operating system licences and the O/S pre-installed. We can also supply it pre-installed with your standard operating environment. Minimum order quantities may apply.
